Session 1. In this special class you will learn a full sequence of Lymphatic Yoga® session to “Boost your Immunity and Strengthen the Lungs.” You’ll know the details of each pose, adjustments according to personal limitation, breathing techniques and final relaxation or meditation. The session comprises two phases: beginners and mature Lymphatic Yoga® practitioners. In fact, we are all beginners in terms of Lymphatic Yoga® practice.
